As a Delivery and Installation Manager, you will be the face of Befitnow Canada, delivering and installing fitness equipment to our diverse client base and will be responsible for a team of two or three other installers. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and setup of our products, and providing an exceptional in-home and commercial experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Load and unload packages from the warehouse and vehicle using proper lifting techniques.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Install and assemble various types of fitness equipment.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and provide on-site and off-site customer education.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures and collecting payments when necessary
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
- Manage and take responsibility of a team of installers
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure **Other duties as assigned**

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in commercial driving or delivery is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy packages, over 80 pounds, on a regular basis
- 5 + years working with fitness equipment(strength and cardio)
- 3 + years in a management position
- Trade certificates/fitness equipment service programs and asset
- Have the knowledge and technical requirements to repair equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading and unloading procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time,

Flexible hours: 4 - 5 days a week. 40 hours minimum guaranteed

Permanent Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
