**Job Title**:Project Coordinator

**Location**:Vancouver - Exact location to be provided
- Coordinate and oversee all project activities related to formwork.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.

**Salary**:$30 - $65.75 per hour, based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $62,400.00-$136,760.00 per year
