**Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to client requests and breed standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments of pets' coat condition, skin health, and overall well-being to recommend appropriate grooming techniques.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their preferences and address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the grooming area, ensuring the safety and comfort of pets throughout the grooming process.
- Safely handle and manage pets, including those with behavioral issues, to ensure a stress-free and positive grooming experience.
- Stay updated on the latest grooming trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and provide innovative grooming services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional grooming experience.
- Extensive knowledge of various grooming techniques, breed standards, and specific coat care requirements.
- Proficient in handling grooming tools and equipment, such as clippers, shears, and brushes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for animals.
