We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team with residential high rise experience. As a Site Superintendent, you will lead the field operations and oversee construction of condo or apartment buildings and ensure the project is constructed per design.

What your Responsibilities would be:

- Lead the field operations and oversee construction of residential building
- Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, Construction Managers, project team, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, trade unions, and governmental agencies.
- Responsible for the project job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
- Review all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
- Maintain and update project records including RFI’s, SI’s, CO's and as-builts.
- Create and enforce a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
- Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
- Perform daily job site walks and submit daily safety audit reports.
- Conduct and/or attend Foreman meetings, pre-task meeting, safety meetings and project staff meetings.
- Manage job site manpower production and performance.
- Use project management and scheduling software effectively.
- Other related duties as assigned or needed.

**Qualifications**
- Construction related degree or diploma
- Gold Seal Certified an asset.
- 10 years of construction experience with condos and apartments
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, safety and quality managements practice's.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Strong computer skills, MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
