- **Schedule**: Shift work based on weekly schedules, weekdays and weekends, morning shifts

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the supervision of the F&B Manager, the Breakfast Server is responsible to provide professional, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest experience (breakfast service, room service).

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Greet guests with a smile
- Serve all food and beverages
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of bar-top, service areas
- Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy
- Ensure that all equipment is stored in the correct manner, in line with all food and beverage/conference and banqueting requirements and health & safety legislation.
- All other duties as required

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person
- Able to work and communicate well
- Able to lift up to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop
- Able to work in a standing position for up to 6 hours
- Able to work under pressure
