Wine Waiter/waitress responsibilities include:

- Serving wine to guests and ensuring they have a enjoyable experience
- Providing an excellent knowledge of different wines available
- Recommending appropriate wine pairings with food
- Upselling premium wines when appropriate
- Restocking the wine cellar and ordering new supplies when needed

Wine Waiter/waitress skills:

- Proven experience as Wine Waiter/waitress
- Excellent knowledge of wines, including different types and origins
- Awareness of wine pairing with food
- Upselling skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented
