WORLDPAC Canada is seeking a Full-Time Branch Operations Lead - (Calgary and Alberta)
- **Starting salary is $20.50 + Benefits after 90 days
- WORLDPAC, a subsidiary of Advance Auto Parts, imports and distributes original equipment and quality replacement automotive parts to select specialty import and domestic service centers.

- ABOUT THE POSITION:
- The Branch Operations Lead assists Operations Management in leading daily warehouse operations and is responsible for:
- Following all safety rules and applicable laws;
- Key Holder - Responsible to open and close the Branch as required;
- Confers with Assistant Manager and/or Manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities;
- Reviews, understands, and follows branch procedures, serving as a role model to ensure compliance by all teammates;
- Maintains a customer service oriented philosophy in all conduct of self and teammates;
- Uses company vehicle to deliver products and equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner;
- Other tasks as may be required.
- WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Supervisory experience is an asset but not required;
- You are a team player - You are dedicated to contributing to a collaborative team with a positive and friendly attitude and contribute to a safe work environment;
- Experience leading or planning the work of other teammates is an asset;
- Minimum 3 years’ class G or class 5 driving experience required and must maintain a clean driver's abstract;
- Maintains a professional appearance and follows the customer service philosophy of the Company;
- Flexible Must be available Monday to Friday as well as alternating Saturdays;
- You are reliable - You are a self-starter who is dependable in completing tasks and is responsible with company equipment;
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs;
- Education: High School Diploma/GED.
