Pay Rate: $75-80k/annum
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
- Connect clients with appropriate resources and services within the community.
- Advocate for clients' rights and navigate complex social systems on their behalf.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Valid CPR/First Aid
- Valid Vulnerable Sector/Police Check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in crisis intervention and case management is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
