**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Process patient payments and manage insurance claims efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Provide patients with information regarding treatments, procedures, and office policies.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred) and familiarity with electronic health records (Epic is a plus).
- Strong front desk experience in a dental or medical office setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient information and scheduling.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $18.58-$29.37 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
