Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing accounting and bookkeeping services for a wide variety of clients, including preparing monthly financial reports, payroll, and meeting regulatory filing requirements.
- Responding to client questions on a timely basis.
- Being a productive member of the team to assist with clients’ needs.
- Performing other client-related duties or projects as required.

Qualifications:

- Formal bookkeeping training.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and paperless workflows.
- Strong multitasking and professionalism.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting regulations.
- Independent and team-oriented work style.
- Organized, detail-focused, and committed.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
