**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist the Customer Service Representatives with providing elevated customer service.
- Assist customers with shipment placements, modifications, and tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Perform internal reporting to maintain service levels and monitor for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Perform customer web portal monitoring and updates.
- Responsible for holiday and break coverage for the Customer Service Representative.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards during all interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to handle challenging situations.
- Adaptability and flexibility skills are a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the trucking industry and/logistics is an advantage.
