**Responsibilities**
Assist service technicians with parts identification.
Generate parts quotes for service department.
Answer phone calls and assist customers as required.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Experience in back counter is essential.
Strong communication and customer relations skills
Strong math and reading comprehension skills.
Experience with Peterbilt or Paccar brands would be an asset but not essential
General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
Ability to use a forklift or willingness to be certified within 90 days of hire
Computer-literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in any software program
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
