**About Us**

We are a leading Canadian immigration firm with offices in Canada and India. We help individuals and families navigate the path to immigrating to Canada. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence, attract qualified leads, and support clients throughout their immigration journey.

**About the Role**

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute strategies across digital channels to grow brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You’ll work closely with internal teams and manage offshore resources to deliver results that align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead a digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
- Website Oversight: Manage the company website, ensuring it’s optimized for user experience, mobile, and SEO. Coordinate with the content team for regular updates.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and manage offshore marketing staff to ensure campaign success.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to produce high-quality blogs, articles, e-books, and videos for people interested in immigrating to Canada.

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing,
- Experience in lead generation for professional services
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and offshore team members
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Marketing: 3 years (required)
