**Location**: Port Coquitlam

Reborn Autobody is a family-owned, up and coming Collision Repair Shop certified in Luxury brands such as Tesla, Mercedes, BMW and Audi. We are looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to work in our Langley location. **Responsibilities**
- Create repair estimates for damaged vehicles.
- Build repair plans per manufacturer repair procedures and insurer guidelines.
- Document all damages requiring repair or replacement with photos.
- Direct disassembly technicians to expose all damages upfront.
- Order all required replacement parts.
- Monitor and receive parts.
- Communicate with insurers to submit claims and billing.
- Update customers on vehicle progress

**Requirements**:

- Automotive knowledge/background
- Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
- Proficient in industry-standard Estimating Software
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Willingness to pursue learning and development opportunities.
- Excellent work references

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- PORT COQUITLAM, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Auto estimating: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
