**Location**: Inside Walmart, 680 Laval Dr, Oshawa, ON L1J 0B5

Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service? Join our team at Store #616 as a Sales Associate As a key member of our team, you will be the face of our store, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service and leaves with a smile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Shipment Handling**: Process shipments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all guidelines. Assist customers with packing, labeling, and tracking their packages.
- **Service Excellence**: Provide information on our wide range of services, including mailing, printing, and business solutions. Ensure customers are aware of our offerings and how they can benefit from them.
- **Task Management**: Stay up-to-date with daily tasks and duties. Maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring all supplies and materials are well-stocked.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations. Support colleagues as needed and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- **Smile and Positivity**: Approach every interaction with a positive attitude and a smile. Create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: $17.20-$17.40 per hour
