**Position Summary**:
We are hiring a **Sales Associate** who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, tech-savvy, and driven to help customers while increasing sales across our service offerings.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet walk-in customers and actively sell our services (printing, shipping, mailboxes, etc.)
- Learn and promote our full suite of UPS Store services
- Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple customers at once
- Operate point-of-sale systems and other store software efficiently
- Assist with printing and design-related tasks (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment

**Who You Are**:

- You have strong **sales instincts** and aren’t afraid to pitch services
- You speak and write **fluent English** (a must)
- You’re professional, reliable, and a quick learner
- You enjoy multitasking and are comfortable under pressure
- Prior experience in **sales, retail, or printing** is an asset

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28,000.00-$110,632.48 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (required)
