**Position Summary**

We are hiring a **Sales Associate** who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, tech-savvy, and driven to help customers while increasing sales across our service offerings.

**What You’ll Do**

  • Greet walk-in customers and actively sell our services (printing, shipping, mailboxes, etc.)
  • Learn and promote our full suite of UPS Store services
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple customers at once
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and other store software efficiently
  • Assist with printing and design-related tasks (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and professional store environment

**Who You Are**

  • You have strong **sales instincts** and aren’t afraid to pitch services
  • You speak and write **fluent English** (a must)
  • You’re professional, reliable, and a quick learner
  • You enjoy multitasking and are comfortable under pressure
  • Prior experience in **sales, retail, or printing** is an asset
