**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers with their orders.
- Efficiently process customer orders and input them into our restaurant database.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
- Package food items securely in bags and boxes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, issuing receipts, and recording customer suggestions.
- Handle incoming customer phone calls and online orders.
- Have in-depth knowledge of our menu items and accommodate dietary/allergy restrictions.
- Prepare milkshakes and salads as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be certified to serve alcohol in Ontario - Smart Service Certification is preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- Must be available on Weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
