Lab Technician- Dentures

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use **CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad)** to design digital dentures and related prosthetics
- Operate and maintain **3D printers**, **milling machines**, and other digital fabrication equipment
- Prepare, process, and finish removable prostheses including complete dentures, partial dentures, and try-ins
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure accurate fit, esthetics, and functionality
- Digitally scan impressions or models and manage patient digital records
- Calibrate and troubleshoot digital equipment and ensure quality control at each step
- Stay updated on advancements in digital dental technologies and workflows
- Follow infection control and health & safety protocols at all times
- Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Dental Technology or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental technician, preferably with digital denture systems
- Proficient in dental CAD software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad)
- Experience with 3D printing, digital scanning, and milling machines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills **Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)**:

- Knowledge of full digital denture workflows (impression to delivery)
- Experience with photogrammetry systems or intraoral scanners
- Familiarity with post-processing techniques for printed dentures (e.g., polishing, curing)

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
