Arborist Foreman

Pine to Palm Tree Service is a highly rated, locally owned tree service operated and owned by ISA Certified Arborists for over 12 years. We pride our selves in customer service, safety, honesty and knowledgeable tree care. We are hiring for an Arborist Foreman based out of South Winnipeg.
- **Qualifications**_
- 2 years full time production climbing experience
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to drive trucks and trailers
- Class 5 License
- ISA Certified Arborist or Manitoba Arborist (acquired before July 2019), pesticide applicators license an asset.
- Exceptional customer and leadership skills
- Operates with honesty and integrity will all customer and staff interactions.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, supervise, train and motivate the arborists in tree care and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Managing the day to day operations.
- Professional & courteous communication with each client & ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Quoting and estimating for commercial, residential and municipal contracts.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week
