**Position**: Landscape Foreman

**Location**: Charleswood, Winnipeg Manitoba

**Status**: Permanent Full-time

**The Position**
- Full-time hours (no weekends or holidays)
- On the job training is provided
- Professional, positive, safety conscious culture
- Train, develop and coach teammates
- Enforce safe work practices
- Drive a truck and trailer
- Snow clearing in winter months

**Compensation**
- Competitive wage ($18 - $26 hourly) based on relevant skills, experience and credentials

**Qualifications**
- Experience in maintaining/installing landscapes and leading crews (required)
- Class 5 Drivers License (required)
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (required)
- Committed to professional development
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Comfortable using a variety of tools and equipment
- Client focused
- Detail oriented
- Organized / efficient
- Positive / reliable / ethical / team player
- Industry Certification (beneficial)
- Level 1 First Aid (beneficial)
