**Key Responsibilities**:
Completes daily cash receipts and entry into Quickbooks
Responds to, and investigates, customer account inquiries to avoid delays in collection of revenues and solve potential customer disputes. Collections Activities
Produce purchase orders and work orders
Creates various invoicing reports and manually prepares special invoices as required.
Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate customer information and easy retrieval of billing information.
Supports sales, operations, and finance department staff as necessary to complete reporting or filing duties in a timely manner.
Reviews accounts payable for coding and tax accuracy, makes cost accrual entries to ensure accurate month end cut-off of expenses.
Provides back-up relief support for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable during absences and vacations.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.

**Performance Measurements**:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant North American accounting experience

Able to manage priorities, conflicting deadlines and various demands

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language, to allow for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Efficient and organized

A positive attitude, focused and responsible

Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and keep Salesforce up to date

Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

**Software Knowledge**:
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experienced in Quickbooks Accounting Software

Experience in Salesforce

**Educational/Licensing/Certification Requirements**:
College Business or Accounting Diploma
