As a **Production Planner**, you will be a key player in aligning production activities with business goals, ensuring seamless operations, and adapting swiftly to ever-changing demands.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Plan for performance**: Build and maintain efficient production schedules that meet customer demand, inventory targets, and operational capacity;
- ** Stay ahead of the curve**: Anticipate production needs by analyzing sales forecasts, order trends, and market insights, ensuring agility and responsiveness;
- ** Drive collaboration**: Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime, remove bottlenecks, and optimize use of labor and materials;
- ** Support continuous improvement**: Track production metrics, solve disruptions quickly, and lead process enhancements to support growth and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning;
- Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel;
- Sharp analytical thinking, a hands-on approach, and excellent collaboration skills;
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector is a plus;
- Experience in tracking and acting on performance indicators.
