**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Office Administrator
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Wave
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office organization and file management
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Perform Inventory and Maintain
- Website and Advertising maintenance for company

Personal Assistant
- Drive me to offsite meetings
- Pick up supplies and food for lunch, dinner or meetings
- Drive CEO to offsite meetings and conferences
- Other tasks as required by CEO
- Drop off and pick up of taxes from Senior Clients

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly excel), Wix, Google Suite, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
- Experience with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Wave for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities\
- Must Have own Car and a full G License

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
