**Overview**
Contor Building Systems Inc. is looking for a self-motivated and results oriented individual to lead and expand current Quality Control initiatives. It will be your paramount duty to ensure that all products produced in our shop meet not only our own quality standards, but those pertaining to CSA A660 and ISO 6346 for reliability and performance.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, it will be your responsibility to implement any quality measures necessary to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations.

**Duties Include**
- Creates and implements company quality standards.
- Checking fabrication to dimensional drawings
- Perform dye-penetrant tests to ensure proper penetrations of welds
- Generate reports and ITP (inspection test plans) for various products
- Liaising with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met, and taking proper action to ensure that the rest of the fabrication team is aware.
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.
- Scheduling and performing FATs (factory acceptance tests) with the customers/ end users.
- Represent the company in quality audits and certifications
- Keeping up with current quality standards

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Oversee and lead the quality control team
- Conduct quality assurance audits and inspections
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Manage QA/QC projects and initiatives
- Fabricate quality metrics and reports for management review

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, and quality control
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Experience in quality inspection techniques and methodologies

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience
- Have a working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Excellent data analyzing and review skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
