Wincon Security is hiring for a Security Supervisor - Retail/Commercial in Markham, ON

**Job duties a Security Supervisor-Retail/Commercial**:

- Delegate, lead, and maximize team performance.
- Ensure that all work assignments are fully staffed and completed according to job requirements.
- To assist the Security Guards in ensuring the safety and security of people, valuable materials, and classified documents pertaining to the premises.
- Be the first and main contact with local police and fire station in case of any emergencies or any site-related issues.
- Ensure all incident reports are completed and reviewed.
- After hour requirement to attend site if called upon by Wincon Management.
- The supervisor has a specialist advisory responsibility and is required to regularly instruct and guide subordinates to ensure that the work is performed safely.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- First Aid CPR-C required
- Two (2) years of security supervisory experience in a retail/commercial environment preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must have knowledge of CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems and Alarm Monitoring.
- Must be able to walk, run, and stand for extended periods of time, in addition to climbing stairs.
- Must have open availability and willing to work overnights and weekends, if required.
