IOS Agora & Bakery Is a family run business which is a spin off our current restaurant concept. We wanted to open a bakery to bring the community our family’s recipes and our culture. Along with pastries, we will also be selling imported products from Greece and other parts of the word. IOS Agora & Bakery Is seeking to find an employee for the position of:

- Team Leaders
- Sales associates
- Cashiers
- Baristas

Team Leaders, Sales associates, Cashiers and Baristas job descriptions:

- Be enthusiastic, energetic and demonstrate a genuine positive demeanor
- Deliver superior food service and quality
- Execution of standards as set forth by the Manager
- Customer service skills.
- Assistance with training lower level hired staff as per Managers instructions.
- Active participation in location staff meetings
- Reports directly to the Manager
- Time Management: effectively manages time to achieve business goals while satisfying the team needs.
- Communication: Provides clean, open, and consistent communication with the team actively listens and receives feedback
- Problem solving: Responsive, calm, creative and flexible to ensure operations continue to run smoothly in the face of the unexpected.
- Consistency: Approachable by both customers, employees, and superiors. Using time management to maintain a satisfactory track record with problems and issues with other employees.
- Organization: can effectively move between tasks and prioritize appropriately between
- Knowledgeable in products and services

Education and Job Requirements:

- Ability and desire to learn
Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: inventory software, excel and word
Food Safety Course and W.H.M.I.S.
Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 25lbs to 50 lbs, must be able to stoop and bend
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform
essential job functions
- Light housekeeping duties
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Knowledge in POS (Point Of Sale System) as asset.
- Training available

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
