**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Hamilton and surrounding area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by promoting our services and assisting clients with their transportation needs. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to excellent service and customer care.

Commission structure in place with a strong upside potential.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with dealerships and auctions to understand their needs and promote our transportation services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Assist in managing business relationships and ensuring clear communication with clients.
- Manage dealership onboarding
- Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$22.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
