**Salary**: $34 - $40 per hour (based on experience)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate construction projects
- Develop and execute **project plans, schedules, and material ordering**:

- Supervise and lead crews while promoting **safety and productivity**:

- Manage **in-house and municipal inspections**, as well as professional inspections
- Work closely with **engineers, architects, and various other building professionals**,
- Ensure all work complies with **building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications**:

- Read and interpret **blueprints** to guide construction processes
- Utilize **Microsoft** and other tools to assist with project management (an asset)
- Lead by example, fostering a **strong work ethic and problem-solving culture**

**Qualifications & Skills**:
✔ Minimum **5+ years** experience in a similar foreman or supervisory role
✔ **Red Seal trade certification** is an asset
✔ Valid **BC Driver’s License** required
✔ Strong proficiency with **hand and power tools**
✔ Ability to **read and interpret blueprints**
✔ Excellent **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills**

**Work Environment & Expectations**:

- **Fast-paced** work environment with diverse project scopes
- Some **out-of-town work may be required**:

- Hands-on leadership role requiring **both field and administrative oversight**
