About Us:
Oriental Surfaces Inc. is dedicated to [a brief description of your company, its mission, and values]. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company, supporting our Operations Director and Managing Director.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Operations Director and Managing Director.
Transcribe and proofread documents as needed to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Assist with project coordination and event planning to ensure successful execution.
Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents efficiently.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to maintain financial records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
