**Required Qualifications**:
One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Working with Microsoft Office computer software required. Proficiency with Connect Care Required. Minimum two (2) years previous experience including patient care, maintenance of supplies, appointment bookings and reception in a physician's office or medical clinic setting required. Ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as a team member under pressure with frequent interruptions. Must be able to maintain professionalism and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organize workflow with initiative and good judgement. Must maintain confidentiality of patient information. Medical terminology required. Completion of a recognized Hospital Unit Clerk, MOA or Medical Secretary education required.

Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C).
