This is a newly created, entry-level position on our Accounting Team with the mission to provide administrative support to BCV’s management and referral fee processing. If you love Excel and would like to be a part of a growing, high-performing team, this may be the opportunity for you

**Tasks, Role & Responsibilities**:

- Support the operational processes of the management, trailer and referral fees including:

- Calculating quarterly management fees.
- Calculating quarterly referral fees.
- Charging Final Management Fees & Executing transfers.
- Changes in management fees and referral parties.
- Changes in dealers.
- Reconciliations.
- Documentation review.
- Data entry, including updates to our financial services platforms.
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Special project work as well as other duties from time to time as this role evolves.

**Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Post secondary education in business administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with savviness in Excel.
- Microsoft Dynamics and NDEX experience desired.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy without compromising the ability to meet deadlines.
- Friendly and positive team player.
- Ability to multitask with proven analytical, planning and time management skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels within the business.
