**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers and electrical systems.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair various mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing leadership and guidance on best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong electrical experience, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is preferred.
- Proficient mechanical knowledge, including the ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
