**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems.
- Conduct inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
- Utilize schematics to understand and repair complex systems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance staff during projects or when necessary.
- Assist with residential painting projects within the hotel as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure mínimal disruption to hotel operations during maintenance activities.

**Skills**
- Strong electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring and circuitry.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to various hotel systems and equipment.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of building systems.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and practices is advantageous.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred for overseeing maintenance staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes may be beneficial for certain repair tasks.
