**Route Service Representative**

We’re looking for a sociable full-time Route Service Representative who not only aligns with our values of continuous improvement, compassion, and integrity, but they live it. You’ll work with a close-knit team you know you can depend on, one that provides comprehensive aftercare services that include cremation, grief support, and memorials.
Our team members are explorers, glass artists, car enthusiasts, parents, theme park fanatics, dog agility trainers, students, and moviegoers - and they love the work-life balance afforded at Gateway Services. **What you’ll do**
- Act as an extension of our client care team - you’re the face of our company when it comes to the veterinary community
- You’ll be meeting with veterinary staff frequently and we’d love for you to be able to help troubleshoot issues on-site and report back, noting anything that needs to be escalated
- Drive a company van along a pre-designed daily route for 8-10 hours where you’ll pick up deceased pets from local veterinary clinics and bring them back to our memorial center
- Assist the operations staff when necessary

- You like working with people and feel comfortable building and maintaining relationships with veterinary professionals and pet parents
- You have a valid driver’s license and a stellar driving record
- You can easily shift gears - problem-solving and quick thinking are your thing
- You’re consistent - being punctual and dependable is important to you
**Your work environment will include**
- Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight)
- Using provided apps and GPS software to complete your route
- Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we’ll provide that for you
- 40 hours a week, guaranteed
- Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
- Working in varying temperatures - you may be exposed to the elements when leaving your vehicle/entering a building and temperatures will vary when entering cold storage and our care facility
