As a **Health Care Aide (HCA)** at Gold Star Care Corp, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and support their overall health and well-being. You’ll work in a caring, professional environment that values respect, teamwork, and compassion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, etc.)
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or needs to supervisors or nursing staff
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Assist clients with exercises and mobility to promote physical health
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

**Requirements**:
Must have a valid **Health Care Registry Number**
Previous experience as a Health Care Aide (preferred)
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Driving is an asset** (reliable transportation preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
