We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong guest service skills
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Must speak English and French

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
