**Responsibilities**:

- Operating, cleaning, and maintaining the dishwashing equipment, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean and sanitary.
- Completing assigned prep work to support the kitchen team with regular service and banquet event preparation.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the property, other ambassadors and guests when completing tasks.
- Stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Demonstrates a customer service attitude with internal and external contacts.
- Other duties as assigned and required.

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:

- FoodSafe or equivalent certification and hepatitis A Vaccination.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Detail oriented with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Performs duties efficiently.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training an asset.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
