Type of contract: Permanent
Location: Canada - This is a hybrid virtual working position in the Greater Toronto Area, and the incumbent will be required to be in the Toronto office for staff meetings at least twice a year. They may also be required to attend in-person events in Toronto as needed. Some international travel may also be required.

**Salary**: The salary range at $49,000 to $58,000 per annum based on an assessment of skills and experience at interview stage

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and creating meaningful impact? At World Animal Protection, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Donor Retention Coordinator to help shape our fundraising success in Canada. Based in Toronto, this role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of innovative and engaging donor retention strategies that strengthen our supporter community and help secure vital funds for animals worldwide.

Reporting to the Donor Retention Manager, you’ll help deliver direct response, digital, and telemarketing campaigns that inspire ongoing support. You’ll also collaborate with teams across the organisation to enhance the donor journey, analyse campaign results, and ensure seamless supporter care.

World Animal Protection is the global voice for animal welfare, with 75 years’ experience campaigning for a world where animals live free from cruelty and suffering.
