**Operations Coordinator - Langley, BC**

As we continue to grow, we need an Operations Coordinator who is ready to grow with us

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office communications, scheduling, and supplies.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and help with HR functions as needed.
- Support the management team with reports, documentation, and special projects.
- Contribute to process improvements to increase office efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive self-starter who is resourceful and able to work independently.
- Experience with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

Pay: $30.00 per hour
