OTT Pay is a professional financial technology and smart payment platform, which has recently **completed its Series D funding**. In order to accelerate the listing on NASDAQ, we are looking for industry experts to join us in some key positions.

OTT Pay provides high-quality one-stop services to nearly **10,000 merchants** within Canada, including aggregated digital payment services, value-added marketing services, and e-commerce services through our platforms.

We are looking for a **Transaction & Chargeback Analyst **to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time, permanent position working onsite at our Leslie St Head Office

As the Transaction & Chargeback Analyst, you work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Accounting Teams, and will be responsible for transaction & chargeback investigations, and dispute resolutions with merchants and clients. You are highly organized and detail oriented as you are responsible for documentation and record keeping. You are a master in data analysis and ensure things will be efficient by doing process improvement with other teams. You are an excellent communicator, interacting frequently with clients, both verbally and in writing,

**_What you bring to the table:_**
- Min of 2 years’ experience in transaction and chargeback analysis within payments, credit card, or eCommerce industry
- Diploma or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong SQL skill and data-related skills like advanced Excel
- Experience with professional grade KYB, KYC or other compliance software
- Superior organizational skills and with a high level of attention to detail
- A positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Demonstrated abilities to learn, research, and understand the underlying true business logic of products and services.
