SIN Structures Inc., a division of Steelcon Group of Companies, in St. Catharines, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance/Repair Co-Ordinator for day shift with relevant industry experience to augment our team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

As a Maintenance/RepairCo-Ordinator you will contribute to the team by:

- Reviewing and scheduling repairs related to shop equipment
- Review and schedule repairs relating to the building/shop
- Scheduling for the maintenance team
- Creating a maintenace program for our equipment and building systems
- Quoting, ordering and tracking parts
- Creating purchase requistions for review and approval, as well as purchase orders for any repairs
- Organizing all equipment repairs
- Prepare and maintain yearly budgets

You will bring the following to the role:

- Basic understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, sprinkler,roofing, overhead doors)
- Basic understanding of equipment operation
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills
- Physically capable of reviewing issues that require repair
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- High stress tolerance
- Takes initiative
