The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans that support corporate objectives, create leads, and enable revenue growth of the company’s products and solutions. This role involves managing brand messaging, content creation, digital marketing, trade show coordination, and lead generation campaigns tailored to telecommunication industry stakeholders, including network operators, system integrators, two-way dealers, OEMs, and infrastructure providers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
- Create and manage technical and promotional content including brochures, datasheets, white papers, case studies, videos, and social media posts.
- Oversee website content, SEO strategy, and digital campaigns targeting identified audiences.
- Plan and execute trade show participation including tradeshow booth preparation, display products, logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up meetings.
- Initiate and conduct meetings with necessary stakeholders, e.g., Sales, Operations, to review objectives and requirements for trade shows, ensuring all stakeholders understand the requirements, expectations, and goals for a successful marketing event.
- Schedule and conduct regular post-show reviews to discuss show results, information learned, leads generated, resultant revenue generated, and adapt future shows and marketing communications based on learnings.
- Coordinate webinars and product launches to showcase solutions and build brand awareness.
- Coordinate with channel partners to create and support marketing campaigns, providing input to support corporate objectives.
- Develop press releases and coordinate media outreach to promote product innovations and company milestones.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive products, new products, and technology trends, to inform the company’s marketing strategy to counter competitive threats and messaging.
- Build relationships with telecommunication industry publications.
- Create and monitor campaign performance using Salesforce; report on ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and market feedback.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Demonstrates effective teamwork, collaboration, communications, and integrity, which aligns with the company’s corporate values.
- Strong understanding of DC power systems and telecommunications infrastructure is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry standards, trends, and key players is a strong asset.
