**Lead Irrigation Installer**
**for the installation of our custom designed irrigation systems and equipment in the Greenhouse and Horticulture industry.**

**SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in irrigation / plumbing a requirement
- Experience in horticulture industry an asset
- Electrical knowledge an asset
- Ability to operate small equipment; skid steer, tractor, gator
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to teach, coach and mentor new Junior Installers
- Ability to interact and communicate with onsite tradespeople
- Able to accurately read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints
- Plan and coordinate work schedule on project site(s)
- Site visits with Project Coordinator, Project Manager and/or Sales Consultant as required
- Strong ability to function well under pressure and adapt to changes onsite
- Acute attention to detail and able to follow direction with strong organizational skills
- Able to complete paperwork accurately
- Must be able to work overhead at heights, scissor lift or ladder work
- Building of water silos, installation of pumps, tanks and piping
- Moving of materials i.e.pipe of various weights and sizes i.e. 10ft to 20ft lengths ½” to 12” pipe.
- The ability to lift 50lbs or more easily
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, using ladders to enter these spaces
- Professional image and demeanor,
- Valid G License with clean Driver’s Abstract is a condition of employment
- Valid Passport a requirement of the job
- Significant travel and working away from home is required as deemed by work demands and is a condition of employment
- Working at Heights, Forklift, Telehandler, Confined Space, Aerial Work Platform and First Aid Certificates an asset
