**Position Summary**:
The role of a Lead Installer is to lead the installation team in their day-to-day activities. This includes installing alongside them. You are the face of the company when you arrive on the jobsite and are the example of how Limestone Trail is as a company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and install prefabricated structures
- Provide leadership to installation team
- Professionally communicate with clients and team
- Maintain clean worksite and work vehicles
- Have clear lines of communication with Shop Manager and Office

**Qualifications**:

- Must demonstrate leadership abilities and skills. Prior supervisory experience an asset
- Be able to lift heavy objects
- Must be proficient in reading blueprints/construction plans
- Must be able to manage time and tasks well
- Must possess excellent client service skills
- Must be a problem solver and be able to make timely and sound decisions
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
