**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Utilize software for construction estimating such as plan swift and Bluebeam.
- Develop detailed proposals outlining project scope, timeline, and costs
- Present production and cost detials to managment and productions teams.
- Periodically check in on projects for quailty control of estimates.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management is an asset
- Proficiency in using estimating or engineering software is an asset
- Strong ability to negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors
- Knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and regulations is an assett
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
