WELDING SUPERVISIOR, SHOP FOREMAN
Lindome Structures is currently seeking a CWB Welding Supervisor to lead our small team of structural steel welders and fabricators. We are looking for someone with:

- A welding supervisors’ certificate
- Strong attention to detail
- 5 years plus of welding / fabrication experience
- Demonstrated problem solving and effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- A strong desire to build professional products
- Demonstrated capabilities to lead and mentor a small team

What you will be doing:

- Hand on position - lead by example
- Supervise welding personnel and ensuring their adherence to welding codes and standards.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects.
- Oversee and manage effective use of production time/ schedules.
- Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are followed during fabrication activities.
- Provide training and support to welding personnel as needed.

Wages and Benefits:

- Wages are based on time in the industry, references, and your experience.
- Medical coverage after 6 months
- 4 x 10hr /day work-week
