Maintenance

Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic or technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for keeping machines—especially blow molding equipment—running smoothly and efficiently. Experience in plastics manufacturing is a big bonus

Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair blow molding and other manufacturing equipment- Perform routine maintenance to avoid breakdowns- Set up, adjust, and maintain machines for top performance- Work with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals- Identify root causes of issues and prevent future problems- Recommend improvements for operations- Ensure all safety devices are working properly- Maintain accurate maintenance records- Keep your workspace clean and organized- Support other duties as assigned

Requirements- 3+ years of experience in maintenance or mechanical repair (manufacturing preferred)- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to fix and troubleshoot issues- Experience with welding, cutting, and fabricating tools- Good understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks- Physically able to lift 20+ lbs, and stand, bend, or twist for long periods- Detail-oriented and strong at solving problems- Good communication skills (written and verbal)- Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE- Must have your own hand tools
