**BOUTIQUE RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE**

- **What you will bring to this role**:_
- Facilitating Lab Experiences to group events
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Know entire product line and suggestive selling to maintain standards.
- Maintain current and upcoming promotional opportunities.
- Communicate effectively; team and goal driven, positive and welcoming.
- Build and maintain a client base to meet and exceed sales targets.
- 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience. Department store background a bonus.
- Assist with merchandise presentation & regular housekeeping duties
- Perform operational activities such as receiving stock, processing transfers and other administrative duties

**Skills and Requirements**
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

**Physical demands**: This position involves occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5R 2H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
