In this role, you will use your strong positive work ethic and passion for safety, to operate and maintain the equipment associated with our Products Distribution Terminal. You will be part of a skilled team of Distribution Operators who manage the storage, loading and offloading of Refined Petroleum products via rail, marine, pipeline, and truck.

Minimum Requirements:

- Two years of experience in railcar, truck, pipeline or marine liquid product handling or two years of experience in an Industrial setting
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Strong mechanical background

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the movement of Petrochemicals between rail cars, marine vessels, and storage tanks
- Offload or load railcars, marine vessels while accurately completing all forms, records, and documentation related to rail and Marine transport activities
- Operate and conduct preventative maintenance on associated equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, and other loading or unloading equipment as needed
- Lock out equipment, Issue or authorize work permits in accordance with our standards
- Participate in emergency situations including fires and spills as required
- Maintaining competencies in new policies and procedures and ensure regulatory training and certifications are up to date

Location and other Key Details:

- You will work out of our Burrard Products terminal office located at 1155 Glenayre Drive, Port Moody, BC
- The position will be on a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 operations of the Terminal
- This position is safety sensitive
- This is a unionized position with Teamster 213
