**Roofing Service Project Manager/ Small Projects**

As a Service Project manager to act as a resource for information and interface with customers, field superintendents, project foreman, estimators, and Peddie Roofing management.

**Direct Responsibilities and Primary Daily Focuses**:

- Complete Service Estimates, retrofit take-offs. Sell the estimate by presenting the estimate to existing/new customers.
- Follow-up with client accounts and review projects upon completion. Communicate your findings with other managers in each department.
- Engage communication with general contractors, consultants, customer’s representatives for production communication.
- Estimating your own projects and not limited to; working along side our existing estimators and share leads and projects by estimating and delegating new construction tender leads, review, and follow-up with tender closings and projects awards with our existing estimating staff in the new and reroofing construction division. Offer combination full envelope exterior services upon select projects as a case-by-case basis.
- Attend and contribute upon our production meetings Bi-Weekly with the office production department for productions meetings.
- Attend various company functions, association meetings, and or conventions related to roofing supplier events, product events, tradeshows, roofing, and metal cladding exterior seminars.
- Tracking labor project usage for all jobs and compile labor tracking report for large projects only.

**The company will supply and pay for**:

- Travel costs relating to company business, airfare, hotel costs
- Truck expense and company gas card for business related usage only.
- Office supplies and company related expenses
- 2 weeks prorated days paid vacation. After your 1st paid salary calendar year of employment additional holidays can be reviewed can be reviewed upon your annual performance review.
- Company Cell Phone and or $200/month maximum cell phone account
- Health Spending Account

Duties include but not limited to Understand of:

- Installing four-ply built-up roof systems
- Installing two-ply SBS roof systems
- Installing single-ply EPDM, TPO and PVC Roof Systems
- Observing and complying with all health and safety regulations
- Operating and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment.
- Respecting and responding to direction given.
- Setting up job site as needed.
- Handling and transporting job materials to the work area in

company vehicle as needed.
- Understanding and complying with all company policies and

procedures.
- Other duties as required.

Compensation;
- Eligible for our in house Sales commission program upon all sales generated.
- Annual salary range $60,000-$85,000.00
- Truck expense or company truck will be supplied

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
